Hi! I'm Gus

Hi! I'm Gus

With his smouldering good looks, Gus is one handsome chap looking for a long term foster or forever home.

Gus came back to us due to some behaviour issues and while in our care it became clear that this was related to pain. On investigation he was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia and arthritis in his elbows. Gus is now on medication to alleviate this pain which in turn has alleviated these behavioural issues.

Since being with us and being out of pain, we have found Gus to a sweet and friendly boy—he absolutely loves people and adores his cuddles. Gus has stolen everyone’s hearts and  never fails to make people laugh.

Whilst previously Gus has lived with other animals, ideally a calm, pet-free home would be good for Gus, so he’s not bouncing about too much!  We have socialised Gus offsite and he’s been a pleasure, showing good manners with other dogs and people.

Holly Hedge will meet Gus’s medical cost and can provide help with food, beds, bowls etc

Gus is a beautiful soul that is just looking for his own comfy sofa, a dedicated family and people with a sense of humour that appreciate the love Gus has to offer.
