Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary takes in hundreds of unwanted, abandoned and often mistreated cats and dogs every year, and we can only carry on this vital work with your help.
Our dedicated team of staff, volunteers and vet partners ensure that our animals receive the best of love, care, rehabilitation and veterinary treatment whilst in our care – ensuring the best possible chance of them finding a new loving forever home.
As a charity we need to raise nearly £1 million per year to care for and rehome these deserving animals and it is through the kindness of our supporters that we are able to continue to do this.

Donate Food and Goods
We are always grateful for donations of food, bedding and toys for our animals (our four legged friends are especially appreciative). Please note that unfortunately we cannot take duvets or pillows, as we can’t wash and dry them easily in our machine, but snuggly blankets and vet bedding are always needed.
Some nearly new items (like cat carriers) can be sold at the Sanctuary as well as at our charity shop in Nailsea – with all the money coming back to the Sanctuary to help the animals in our care.

Once you have selected and ordered any items, they will be sent directly to the Sanctuary.
Unfortunately Amazon doesn’t disclose buyer information to us so we are unable to thank supporters personally for their donations, but we always read the lovely messages enclosed. We would therefore like to say a heartfelt thank you in advance to anyone who makes an Amazon purchase for our rescues.

We will also gladly accept quality second hand items and unwanted gifts to sell at our charity shop in Nailsea, table top sales or use as prizes in our tombola. If possible, please take items directly to our charity shop. However, if you are unable to get to us please email fundraising@hollyhedge.org.uk to see if there is a staff member or volunteer in your area who we can ask to collect from you, or if you are on Facebook, join our Holly Hedge Helpers group, full of amazing people wanting to go the extra mile for us, and ask if someone local is happy to collect from you. All profits from these sales go towards caring for the animals at the Sanctuary.
